On November 6, 2015, Andrew Frank Conn; beloved husband of Barbara Taylor and the late Elinor "Ellie" Conn (nee Schwartzman); loving father of Lawrence (Barbara) Conn and David (Amanda) Conn; dear brother of the late Roberta (Alan) Freidin; beloved grandfather of Zachary and Nathaniel Conn, and Emma and Noah Conn; cherished son of the late Milton and Leona Conn; also survived by other family and dear friends. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Sunday, November 8, at 3 pm. Interment Arlington Cemetery - Chizuk Amuno Congregation N. Rogers Ave. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to V-LINC, 2301 Argonne Drive, Baltimore, MD 21218. In mourning at Radisson Hotel Cross Keys, 5100 Falls Rd., Baltimore, MD 21210, starting Sunday at 7 pm with a service at 7:30 pm, and Monday at 8:00 am with a service at 8:00 am, and at 7 pm with a service at 7:30 pm.

Andy was a mentor, associate, and dear friend. I will miss him greatly. He was a kind spirit who loved teaching others. I am blessed by having had him in my life for so many years.
