Ruppel: On June 27, 2017, Arthur B., beloved husband of Frances E., (nee Wehland); devoted father of Rosemarie Colville and late husband B.C. Colville, Patricia Weinstein and husband Richard; loving brother-in-law of Bill and Naomi Wehland and Marie Wehland and the late Henry Wehland; dear grandfather of Jennifer Eck and husband Scott. Funeral services will be held at Lassahn Funeral Home, (Overlea), 7401 Belair Rd. Friday 10:00 AM. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Visiting Thursday 3-5 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 8 W. Overlea Ave., Baltimore, MD., 21206.
