Barbara filled any space at Bucknell University with her engaging laughter and caring zingers. She had a way of teasing that made you endeared to her. We all miss her vibrance.

I first met Barb through my wife Kate Miller. She and Barb sang together and were great friends. I will always be grateful to Kate for bringing someone as special as Barb to my life. Barb was always smiling, cheerful, upbeat and positive...she made you happy and at ease with her infectious laugh. She is an inspiration to all of us through her example. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. You will be missed, Barb. We all love you. If there is a heaven, Barb is surely in it!

I met Barbara in the early 1980's when she had just started working in the Cancer Registry at St. Agnes. We were truly blessed to have her in our profession. She was kind and giving of her time and talents. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to Barbara's family.

We first met Barbara and David when Elizabeth was a baby in her big red wagon. We have been blessed so many times by the wonderful solo's Barbara would sing at services. She has taught Elizabeth to follow in her footsteps as witnessed by Elizabeth's spectacular perfomance in a recent church play. We shall miss your kindness and your joyful nature in the midst of your struggles through your illness. We know you are now at rest in the Lord. Blessings to David and Elizabeth and your loved ones.

Barbara touched so many lives with her love of music, bright smile and kind words. Her love of music was contagious as she worked with the childrens choirs of Bethany, even when she was sick, always with a smile. She was truly a disciple of Christ and lived her life accordingly. An inspiration to all who were blessed to know her, how we will miss her. God has an angel with him now with the most beautiful voice. Blessings to David and Elizabeth and Barbara's family.

Barbara was truly special person, always upbeat, always cheerful, always with a smile on her face. She loved her family, her friends, her "kids" in the Cherub Choir at Bethany UMC and her "kids" that learned about God through the Christian Education Ministry that she led. Barbara was a true disciple of Christ and knowing that will allow her spirit to live on in all of us. God Bless you, Barbara, and may God's grace and light continue to touch Elizabeth and David and all your loved ones. You're now with a choir of angels and at peace as you live eternally in God's house.
