Betty Cohen Obituary

Betty Cohen, of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024, at the age of 84. She is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Kim) Cohen and Steven (Eva) Cohen; sister, Phyllis Livingston; and loving grandchildren, Zachary Cohen, Lexi Cohen, Olivia Cohen, Abigail Cohen, and Caleb Cohen. She was predeceased by her parents, Morris and Sonya Oppel.

Betty was born on April 19th, 1940, and grew up in Baltimore City. She attended Forest Park High School and later worked at Creative Specialties and Radcliffe Jewelers for many years, where she loved interacting with customers and helping them celebrate big milestones and events. She registered countless happy couples as they planned their weddings. Her career and family brought her immense joy and fulfillment.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Friday, July 19th, 2024, at 11:00 am. Interment Beth El Memorial Park, Randallstown, MD. Please omit flowers. The family will be receiving at 7812 Ruxwood Road, Towson, MD 21204 on Friday following the funeral from 4pm to 8pm.
