Absolutely devastated but so glad he is finally at peace. After 8 years of counseling and guiding my children, Brian became like an extended member of our family. Always joking and smiling and always positive - we will never forget those things about him that gave us such joy. He was a brilliant mind, a wonderful father and a guiding force to all who were lucky to be his patients at CHPP. We will miss you DocDaddy. Much love, prayers and peace to the Nicoll family.

Dr. Brian Nicoll was one of the smartest, most generous and caring people I ever met. My family is eternally grateful for the support, sound counsel and overall humanity he provided us with over the years. Not only did my sons adore and respect him. they actually listened and (usually) took his advice. He always went beyond the call of duty, touched many, many lives and truly made a difference. I feel privileged to have known him. His loss will be forever felt and mourned in our family. . My heart goes out to his family and Brian, I don't know what we'll do without you. RIP

My heartfelt condolences to you in this time of grief. Brian's passing isn't just a loss of a Dad or a life partner, it's the passing of a man who exuded caring and comfort to many souls who looked to him for help getting back on life's path. He did that for me, for my son, and for that I am forever grateful.

I considered him a friend as much as a "coach". He was indeed a special part of our lives, and he will be sorely missed.
