Carl Stumpf Obituary
Carl W. Stumpf, 88, of Hancock, MD, passed away Saturday, December 31 at home. He was a loving husband to Patricia Yeagy Stumpf for 64 years, devoted father to Karen Burcham (Marvin), Kathy Stumpf & Karla Graul (Barry), proud grandfather of Elizabeth & Rebecca Burcham and faithful servant to his Lord & Savior. Born in Middle River, MD, he raised his family there and worked as an excavator owning Circle Contracting Co. for 32 years until he and his wife moved to their Western MD farm full-time in 1985. A service will be held Thursday, January 5, 11am, Buck Valley Christian Church, Warfordsburg, PA. Please donate to Samaritan's Purse or the charity of your choice in tribute to Carl and his family.

So sorry to hear about Uncle Carl. I have a lot of memories from my childhood spending a lot of time with him. I am glad I was able to see him a month ago and will miss him but will never forget him. Sorry i won't be able to make it up Thursday.

Dear Pat,
So sad to hear this morning of Carl's passing. I have been remembering the early years, when we as young couples got together for a fun evening at your home or the Harron's with all the little children running around. I hope your good memories sustain you during this period of grief. We are not able to attend the funeral but will be thinking of you.
