Caroline (Miss Fisher) was the student teacher for my 5th grade class at Stoneleigh Elementary. I remember she read "Wind in the Willows" to us. She also lived in my neighborhood of Wiltondale, along with C.E. She is remembered fondly.

I was a student of hers in the fourth grade at Pine Grove, and I remember first walking into her classroom with all of the Star Wars posters, and my brother and I were so excited about it we struck up a long and lasting friendship with Ms Fisher (Caroline), starting a Star Wars club at school. I'll always remember her kindness, generosity, and how much fun I had in her class.

My sympathy goes out to the Fisher family. Though I haven't seen Caroline for years , I met her when we were students at Towson State, and we sang together in groups there and later in the Comunnity Chorus. We always sat together, and enjoyed sharing our classroom exeriences. She was truly a scholar, and was never without her reading material. On Mondays it was Newsweek. Caroline loved Ireland and all things Irish. It is good to see that her students remember her so fondly, as I am sure she remembers each of them.

Miss Fisher was the best teacher I ever had! Pine Grove Elementary, 4th grade 1972. I still have my bird book, it is a treasured memory. I learned all kinds of folk songs that I taught my children and now my grandson. She took our class on the first nature walk I ever had. She was a wonderful teacher. There is always 1 teacher that most touches your life and she left a tremendous impact on me. Rest in Peace!

They say a teacher can influence a child for the rest of their life. I remember all the songs, the lessons, the sheep farm and continue to keep an eye out every single day for a glimpse of something special - be it a favorite bird, a oncoming storm, or a simple breeze. Thank you and God bless you, my dear Miss Fisher.

Caroline was one of the best teachers my son ever had. Not only was she a great teacher, but she was a wonderful person who was truly interested in her students. It was an honor to have known her.
