Baxter for 70 years; loving father of Bonnie Rogers and her husband Bill, Linda Farrell and her husband Neil, Michael Baxter and his wife Annette; beloved grandfather of Kelly Sanford, David Sanford and his wife Laura, Patrick Rogers and his wife Melissa, Adrienne Miles, Michael Sickels, Christine Sickels and Jaclyn Kruger, Neil Farrell, Jr. and his wife Lorraine, Marshella Hicks and her husband Gene, Garrett Farrell, Sarah Marinaro and her husband Anthony, Maria Baxter, Stephen Baxter and his wife Molly; great grandfather of Rosalia, Zachary, Francis, Felicity, Justin, Joshua, Grace, Andrew, Ian, Ashton, Josie and Camille; dear brother of Lloyd E. Baxter, Jr. and Shirley D. Crumley; dear uncle of Robert Baxter, Lloyd Edward Baxter III, Robin Baxter, Phillip Baxter, Raymond Crumley, William Crumley, Sandra Bedard, Lonnie Belt and Scott Belt. Family and friends will honor Charles's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral liturgy will be held a St. John Lutheran Church - Parkville on Monday at 12 Noon. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.
