Charles Wheeler Obituary
On January 31, 2016, Charles "Charlie" Wheeler, devoted loving husband of Pat Wheeler passed away at the age of 73. Amazing father of Steve Wheeler and wife Lisa. Wonderful grandfather of Max Wheeler. Dear brother-in-law of Sue Smith. Special uncle of Tim Strohmer. Loyal member of the Steam Fitters Union. A special friend to all that knew him and was always there to lend a hand. Charlie's captivating stories and hilarious jokes kept listeners always wanting more. Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm, where services will be held on Thursday at 10:30am. Interment Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

Pat, Mike and I are so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. I have so many fond memories of Charlie. We always referred to him as the gentle giant. So thankful that my Dad had Charlie as a great friend. Thinking of you all.

Pat, sorry to hear of the passing of Charlie. From the time I first met him he had that terrific smile on his face. Mary Ann and I will keep you and you family in our prayers.

I have known Charlie most of my adult life and we are very sad to hear of his passing. I will always remember the great times around the boat Dock at Edwards marina and all the laughs and stories we shared. Charlie was a good man and will be deeply missed by all.
