I am only just hearing about Ms. Christina Engerman's passing. I'm so sorry to hear this news. Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was dealing with some particularly tricky attempts to do a renovation refinance. At a time when help was hard to come by and couldn't help but talk in housing jargon, Christina was forthright and easy to understand. Plus, she didn't charge me for her advice. I hope her family and colleagues are comforted by the memories they share of this lovely, lovely lady.
