sister of Elizabeth M, Dugan. Also survived by six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Mt. Washington on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shrine of the Sacred Heart 1701 Regent Rd. Baltimore, Md. 21209 or Gilchrist Hospice 11311 McCormick Rd. Ste. 350 Hunt Valley, Md. 21031.

Dear Claire,Donald,Mitch and Betty,While spending many long happy summers in Dewey Beach,Claire became our idol. MY friends and I were 10 years younger and due to her swimming prowess we strongly felt she was our version of Ester Williams. In general we thought she was just plain "cool".In later years daily summer mass at St Edmonds was never the same without her being there.God bless Claire .Her strong faith was yet another of her so many admirable qualities.Her memory will live forever in my heart. Dear cousins Claire, Don and Mitchell - We are so very sorry to hear about Aunt Claire's passing. Please know that you are in our prayers during this time. It goes without saying that we have many wonderful memories of your family and the times spent with your family in Baltimore.
