Craig Rosenberger Obituary

ROSENBERGER , Craig Albert On Craig Albert "Rosie" Rosenberger, 50, a resident of Severn for 31 years and previously of Ft. Meade, died of natural causes February 7, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 22, 1959, in Landstuhl, Germany. He graduated Meade Senior High in 1978, and attended Anne Arundel Community College (1979-1981). He worked for Giant Foods as a Security Officer for 24 years. He thoroughly enjoyed his job and the friends he made at his Giant family. Craig was an avid supporter of the Indianapolis Colts and Nascar racer Jeff Gordon. In 1977, Craig was named Player of Year, Forward of the Year and All-Anne Arundel-First All Stars for his soccer talent. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Rosenberger. Survivors include his father, Albert S. Rosenberger; one brother, Randy Rosenberger, both of Severn, MD and five sisters, Sheri DeBose of Argenta, IL, Vicki Cichocki of Granite Bay, CA, Debra Morgen of LaGrange, IL, Jill Hanchey of Hanover, MD and Michele Uhler of Columbia, MD.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 14, from 4 to 7 P.M. at DONALDSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, February 15, at Trinity Episcopal Church, Elkridge, MD. Interment private. Donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 7474 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075.
