I had the honor of working with Dan while at Loyola Blakefield. As a colleague, Dan was beyond compare. His work ws always done on time, and it was always accurate. However, what I learned most from Dan was how much of himself he gave to anyone who needed help. His commitement to serve others in any type of need situation was humbling for me. He lived a faith-filled life through his actions and service to others. I always left any meeting with Dan humbled by the quality of his character. Peace Dan.

Dan was a true servant to the community. He helped so many people and never expected anything in return. He was funny, kind, caring, honest, and loving.
He will be deeply missed but his words of wisdom will never be forgotten. His message of hope will forever live in the hearts of the countless people that seeked his help!!!!

Thank you Dan for guiding us all in the right direction.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the Lafferty family. Mr. Lafferty was a kind and gentle man, and he always made me feel like a welcomed guest, even when I was running in and out of his house at all hours of the day. I hope your memories of him are a comfort during this difficult time.
