I had only known David for a few years but in the short time I did know him he was a wonderful attorney and a very caring person. He took time to know his client's not just on paper, but to really know about their lives. My prayers are with the entire Blum family, may God continue to comfort you.

To the Blum Family:

My deepest regrests on the death of a giant of a man. He was a man of great honor and character. I will miss his wit and warmth. He was my attorney for a short time, but gave me great hope, and more importantly,he gave me his strength.

The tributes to David at the funeral were wonderful. Each speaker brought to mind a memory of him. He is still with us, that wonderful liberal Democrat.

I thank GOD for allowing me to meet a truely great person in Mr. Blum. I shared the same floor that Mr. Blum practiced law at 10 Light St. He often talked about how the suite that I occupied had been used by his family in years gone by. He always had a smile and a kind word. I haven't seen him in sometime although my wife was just in his office a couple days prior to his passing. His passing is GREAT loss to all who knew him. May God Bless.

For everyone's life you touched and made better.....

For all the great advice.....

For all the wonderful humor which neither hurt nor criticized but made its point....

For understanding the human fallible traits and never minding them....

For just being a great friend....

You will be GREATLY missed....

G-D's speed to heaven.

Love,

Evan, Rachel, Valerie and Shaun Blum
