Kate, I just wanted to let you know how sorry I was to hear about David. Even though I never met David, I know he was a special person because of the kind and caring person her had for a mom. There are no words that I can say to ease your pain but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your familly. I know from experience that it is the worst thing that a parent can go through losing a child, so when you need a friend to talk to I am here for you. Jamie and Steve also extend their condolences.

We believe we have never met, but we did know David. He was a good friend of our son Matt. They both graduated from North Harford in 2004. You may not be aware, but Matt passed away on October 3 at home from a brain aneurysm.
The loss of those so young is especially difficult. We know that there will be no real immediate comfort that anyone can impart to your family or ours that can totally ease the pain. We will pray that God will comfort your family and give you the strength to help you through this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Kayte, Robby, & Adam,
I remember when I used to stay over when we visited each summer and David and I would run around the house and jump up and down on your waterbed. He was a perfect baby and grew up to be a great kid and and of course a kind young man. My sister and I always referred to David as the "nicest" cousin out of all 9 of us and I'm sure everyone would agree.
Some people are meant for greater places and I like to think that David is one of them. During this time, surround yourselves with family and friends, that is what they are there for...
Other things may change us, but we start and end with the family. ~Anthony Brandt

I will never forget the memories I shared with David from lacrosse camp to volleyball games to swimming in the quarry to nights by the campfire and so many more. It seems so hard for only one man to influence others, but David definitely had that ability and he will be missed.

To the Knox Family:
Dave was a very special young man and very close with Jeff and Joe. His smile, casual way, and bright attitude was always welcome in our home. Of all the guys we knew, Knoxy was the calm in a "storm" of young manhood. He will be truly missed by all he touched!
Our prayers are with you.

To the entire Knox Family,
We are extremely sorry for your loss. No words can ever replace the emptiness and sorrow you feel now, but take comfort in knowing that David touched many lives in a way that only he could. It is heartbreaking to loose another young person and know that our family is also feeling your pain, especially Gina. Take pride in knowing that you raised a very caring, gentle, polite, and extremely nice young man who has left happy memories for the many people whose life he touched.May you all find the strength to get through this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family.

We are so sorry to hear of David's passing. Our community is at a loss for yet another young fine man. I know the class of 2004 will truly miss David. Brett received word early Monday morning from several classmates and had called me. I was very touched by the love of their class. I hope you continue to feel comforted by this love and support of families and friends. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
