My deepest sympathies to the family. Denny/Reggie was a wonderful guy. Fun, caring and loving. I know how much he loved his family and friends. He turned me on to the hot dogs out in Cumberland, different places he grew up in Western Maryland. I enjoyed our time together. His love for his dogs was endless. He will be missed.

I just wanted to convey my condolences to all Denny´s family and friends. I will not be able to make it to the service due to a vacation in Europe for several weeks. Denny was such a great guy that the first time I met him I felt like I knew him my entire life. He left this earth too soon. I am sure he has made plenty of friends up there and is with Jane having a cup of coffee and seeing how much love everyone had for him.

Denny was one of those softball players that you enjoyed playing against. He always made us laugh and I feel glad that he was part of my life for a while. Anybody that played softball as much as him and I did make many many friends and our life was enhanced because we got to meet so many great people. I remember meeting him about four or five years ago when he was planning on moving south. Then he got sick and that never happened. I never got a chance to see him again but looking at these pictures makes me feel happy that he was in my life. He touched many many lives in our neighborhood trying to be like Reggie. Hope to see you next Friday to say goodbye once again. I will make a donation to the beagle foundation. We actually rescued one ourselves years ago when my kids were teenagers .
