Dennis was one of the most friendly persons I have ever known. He seemingly could not speak any words without a smile and a lilt in his voice. I knew Dennis at AAI, then at proObject, and in his new Government position. He attended our former-AAI-employees-at-the-Agency reunion luncheon and I had just correpsonded with him by e-mail on Wednesday. A truly great loss.
