I was very sorry to hear of Don's death. I have many fond memories of fly fishing with him at Seneca Lake, Rocky Gorge, Tridelphia, Prettyboy and in local trout streams. In his last years of fishing, he carried a cell phone and always called Eileen from the boat. His conversation always ended with an "I love you" to her. May you take comfort in knowing they are together again.

I just learned of Don's death tonight from my
sister-in-law who saw the obituary. My husband
(who is now incapacitated by Alzheimer's) and I were good friends with Don and Eileen for many years. They were special people
who made this world a better place. My
thoughts and prayers are with their family
who, though they must miss Don very much,
should be comforted by the thought that
they are now reunited in a better place. This is a sad time for all who were touched by
Don's kind and gentle nature.

I was saddened to hear about Uncle Don's death. Don always took an interest in my life--personally and professionally. He and Aunt Eileen opened their home to me whenever I was able to visit. Lots of good memories today as I think about them both.
