Donald Cohen Obituary
Dr. Donald Cohen was a dedicated veterinarian and loving family man who worked hard throughout his life to ensure that his loved ones were cared for. Don ran a veterinary hospital for nearly 50 years, finding joy in helping animals and their owners. Outside of work, Don enjoyed meeting new people, and traveling around the world with his son, Ari, and his wife, Ferne. He was an eternal optimist, always finding the bright side of any situation. He'll be remembered for his kindness, his witty humor, and his joy for life.
Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, Maryland 21208 on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 10:00 am. Interment at United Hebrew Cemetery, 3901 Washington Blvd, Halethorpe, MD 21227. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Homeless Animal Rescue Team 'HART' (Fairfax, VA), P.O. Box 7261 Fairfax Station, VA 22039 or Sterling Park Animal Hospital "Friend of Animals Fund," c/o Dr. Charles Eastin, 800 W. Church Rd. Sterling, Virginia, 20164.
