I'm sorry to hear about Donny's passing. I played football with him at Bel Air High School and was a year ahead of him (Class of '71). He was a formidable and very solid football player. He was more successful on the baseball diamond although I didn't play with him I admired his dedication and tenacity. I don't know why but every time I saw him he seemed to have a smile on his face. I guess he was just a pretty happy guy. I'm glad to see he became a "Santa Claus" later in life. He had the personality for that. I'm sure he will be missed by family and friends.
