To the Maskell family: Our deepest sympathy on the loss of your delightful mother. We remember many of our teenage days and evenings spent at `The Maskell's' hanging out.

Unfortunately, Ann and I were out of the country so we were not able to visit with you and offer our sympathies in person. Please try to remember the good times you had with your mother and know that she is now with your father and many friends. Best wishes to you all. It would be nice to get together and re-visit the good old days....

Mom - Only now do you know how much you were loved and appreciated, not only by your family but our friends as well. We (especially me) never told you how much we loved you when you were here. I am so sorry. There is no doubt that you were proud as you looked down.

Please say hi to Dad and Fr. Charles for all of us.

Mom, you would have loved these last days since your death. We all got together and ate a lot. Your funeral was beautiful -just like you-the chimes rang at church, all our family participated and you even had a police escort because so many people came. We don't know what we are going to do without you - but we know that you are in heaven. We love you so very much -even if you weren't my mom, I'd still say you were the BEST! You told me you had twenty five minutes from your first labor pain until I was born and I been going ever since. I hope that you can slow me down a little - ask God when you see him to help me. I love you so much!

To the Maskell Family

I am sorry that I was unable to get into town to pay my respects to your mother in person. I have many fond memories of the days and late nights spent in your house so many years ago. Your mother certainly is a big part of them and I will always remember her. I know you will all miss her very much but please take comfort in the way that she touched so many others' lives.

Mom, they say that a person's life is not measured by the material things they collect but by the number of lives they touch. Judging just by the response on the first night of your viewing, you didn't just have a full life...you were a hero. Thank you forever. Love...
