To the family of Admiral Keats:
I had the privilege of taking Admiral Keats' course "World War II in the Pacific" at Johns Hopkins University. He had young and old mesmerized with his anecdotes and observations. He was gracious, kind, and full of life. It was an honor to know him. My deepest sympathies on the loss of this remarkable man. God bless you Admiral Keats.

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Keats death. I remember him fondly as my boss at the Standard Dredging Company. While we worked together, I enjoyed hearing his stories, his laughing and good humor. Such a gentleman and I am so sorry for the family's loss. Life couldn't keep him down that's for sure.
