Bruce,
I'm so sorry for your loss. You wouldn't remember me, but I came to your house with my husband and grandson 2 years ago when you opened up your home for Pickersgill to come see the train garden your father started and you continued. I work at Pickersgill, and your father was always such a kind, gentle soul. He never complained and always had such an upbeat outlook. He spoke very highly of you and all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was very proud of all of you. We will all miss him at Pickersgill.
