Brother Thate was a wonderful gift from God to me. Each week at our Friday night Cell group, he came prepared with song sheets - the old hymns of Zion, which we would sing and enter into a time of worship before God. He always encouraged everyone to take a part in the meetings, I am so thankful for his ability to critique the meetings and keep us on track. He will be greatly missed

To the Thate Family,
Brother Thate was one of the few people who understood it's what we do for Christ in the here and now that will make the difference in the then and there. He was a faithful christian and a faithful friend. May Jesus help you at this most difficult of times. Praying with you. Sister Smith
