I was blessed to know and be able to call Erick a good friend for over 30 years. We started playing softball together which led to many other activities including barbeques, golf trips, flag football, ski adventures, boating and time on the water. Erick was a great athlete, he loved to compete but was always modest in all he did. We shared a love for sports, outdoor activities, and all the great blessings that life provided. As his family grew and priorities changed our social and activity time became limited. I will miss his laugh and million dollar smile but I am very fortunate to have spent so many great times together with Erick.

I'm so very sorry to hear this news. Erick was my childhood best friend and I so regret losing contact with him over the years. I have so many fond memories of my time in Maryland and all that we did. Prayers for his family in such a difficult time.
