Mr. Katz was a friend and mentor to me as a young attorney. I have retained many fond memories and lessons learned. My deepest condolences to his family and co-workers.

To Mrs. Katz and the Katz Family,
I am so sorry for your loss and I hope your faith keeps you well during this difficult time. I wish that I would have had a chance to get to know Mr. Katz personally, but every time I spoke to him in the hallways of PK Law, he always cheerfully returned the "Hello" or "Good morning" or "Good afternoon". I felt that he had a nice and genuine spirit.
Warmest thoughts,
Tenae L. Smith

Jerry was a great lawyer. Tough, tireless, disciplined, clear thinking and practical.
He commanded respect from everyone in the legal community who knew him.
And he was a great mentor, for which I am personally grateful.
