To The Webster Family,

I had the pleasure of having shared a few classes with Gordy. I graduated in 2007 with Kim. Gordy truly was the most delightful young man to be around. He never had a negative thing to say about anyone or anything. Gordy always had a smile on his face and always managed to put one on everyone elses face. Kim sweetie i can most definitely relate to the situation your in, I lost one of my brothers back in December. I feel what your feeling and i offer my condolences to you and your family.

March 19, 2009

Hello Webster Family, I am deeply saddend to hear about the passing of Gordy. I got the chance to spend several years with Gordy at Camp Sunrise. The one thing that sticks out in my mind is his sense of humor and his ability to fit in with everybody. From my eyes he was a great friend to all that he went to camp with and beyond. The only comfort that I might be able to offer is this. You are not alone, we understand excatly how you feel and want you to know our thoughts and prayers will forever be with you the same as Jarrett and Gordy will forever be together. It is my pleasure to have known such a GREAT young man

Gordy was in my son's class, and Aersten enjoyed his humor and thankfulness. I know words may not be much comfort, however, Romans 5:3-4 is powerful...More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope. May the Lord's peace be with you and the family. The Alsup Family

I want to express my sympathy to the family of Gordy. I have had the honor and privilege to be involved in Gordy's life thru a very long friendship with his grandparents. When I think of him I think of what an Inspiration he was to his family and friends. I know that what he has given everyone that knew him will last forever. He was truly an Angel and will be missed.

In my years teaching I have never had a student greet me with such enthusiasm as Gordy did last year every morning in the Cat's Eye. Most teenagers aren't even awake in the morning. Gordy made me smile every day--and his backgrounds for the Cat's Eye always had a touch of humor in them. It is with sincere affection that I remember Gordy--and think what a smile he's put on the faces of everyone in heaven!

Judi, Bill, Kim and family -

Gordy was truly one of those very special people you 'couldn't help but love' from the first time you met him. He touched an amazing number of lives and I doubt that anyone can think of or remember Gordy without smiling. He had that effect on all of us -- what an amazing heart and an amazing spirit.

Our hearts and prayers are with you. Love and God Bless,
