It was my honor to be domiciled with Harold in Baltimore after having met him thru the office in Silver Spring. A classy, soft spoken true gentleman. With his passing, an era is closing as well. Rest well my friend.

Colonel Wulforst was past president of the Baltimore Military Officers of America. We remember his contributions at so may levels on so many occasions... and the enjoyment of his company. Our deepest sympathies go out to Jean and the family.
