A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-9 PM. www.ruckfuneralhomes.com

You are missed by so many, but I know that you're watching over all of us every moment of every day. I'll never forget all of the great times we had together just meeting up and talking about everything, you always put a smile on my face and made me feel like the greatest person in the world. Harry i miss you even though we didnt talk that much during high school unless i saw you at lazer tag my favorite memory was in middle school during lunch you would write me a note on a napkin asking if i would be your girlfriend and tryin not to get caught my the vice principle when she was dismissing lunch tables & you would be so shy to talk to me but i know that was middle school but bud i miss you look after me up there and everyone <33

Harry was always in one of my classes. There was never a day where he wasnt smiling and he was always making everyone around him laugh. His smile was amazing and i loved playing truth or dare in english class with him and the rest of the table. I remember the last thing he said to me and it was the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me. He was a great kid and Ill miss him so much. His time was too fast but I know he's in a better place and hes watching over us.

I was shock to see his Obit. in the Dundalk Eagle and I am so sorry for your Christine and Mr. Bayne. Our family will remember Harry when he was little diving off the board to make a big splash....

I wrote a "remember when" letter and my mom put it in with you when she said goodbye. I have such good memories... your smile would always take my breath away. Your hugs were the best and they always made me feel better. There was no words that could describe how much I loved you. I know you are with God now and you're having a blast. Harry, you were one of my best friends. And to see you leave this world so young breaks my heart. You had so much going for you and you were so smart and even so, more funny. You were like my second little brother. Words cant describe how much i miss you Harry. Your gone but not forgotten. Ilove you bro. I remember You and me at gun powder river jumping off the rocks and the rope swing. It was truly a blast. I wish every single day you would come back to us. You were an amazing friend. Look after me and your family and keep us safe. Guide us down the right paths. And every time I do something I'm going to ask myself, would Harry want me to do this. I love you dearly. Harry was a very kind and ambitious young man. He was good friends with my brother. I only talked to him a few times but when we did talk it was about him going to frostburg and his goals and what he wanted to do away at college. He had goals hopes and dreams, and he was taken away from us too soon. He's in a place where there is no more heartache, confrontation, and nothing to stress and worry about. He is walking with God and I know, we all know we will see him again someday. He was a great friend, easy to talk to, and will be missed very much.

Ive know harry since he was born he was always so cute and adorable but as a young man i didnt have the luxary of being close to him the past years but though his sister i feel like a small part of my heart is gone i love his family and know hes in gods care now

Harry we all will miss you and never forget you and your way to make people smile and laugh in times as hard as these but we all must go on and in spirite and soul you will go on. Harry was my first favorite student in Middle school. His smile was infectious, and he and his sister were a blessing. His memory will live on forever in my mind, and my prayers are with the family. Life is so short and it doesn't matter how we leave this earth, but what does matter is the lives we touch and the people we meet along the way.I teach to inspire, but Harry inspired me.

I met Harry our freshman year in Tech class with Mr.Bucci. Terry Chambers and him always put a smile on my face. They always had us laughing. Harry was an awesome kid and knew how to live life. His purpose in life was to make people smile. He did that very well. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I was only lucky enough to meet Harry once. My son Jeremy had his spleen ruptured during a practice football game, and Harry was the only friend to come visit him, and today I found out thats when he received his speeding ticket. lol...I do know there is a whole in my son Jeremy's heart for the loss of Harry. He talked about him all the time...Just seeing the turn out for his funeral says it all. He was truly loved and will never be fogotten. God Bless Harry & his family. My heart goes out to all of you....

Life's short and so full of unexpected turns and twists. I'm sorry for the Bayne family, and my heart goes out to them. I didn't know him all that well, but the few times we did talk and we're around each other it was great. You could never be sad around Harry, he always kept you smiling and laughing. And was always there for his friends when they needed him. He was an amazing guy and an even better friend. He will never be forgotten, he will always be missed, and sadly, he will never know how many people he affected and how much; because everyone, no mattter how well they knew him or not, will miss him and was affected in some way, somehow. I've known Harry since middle school and the only fondest memory I have of him was when we were doing a Spanish project together with Kristina. RIght after that, we played Dance Dance Revolution. Of course, Harry would beat me. Harry was an amazing person to be with. He made everyone happy and he was the kind of person to be around. My daughter Taylor Lambert worked with Harry at Laser Tag. I didn't even know him but from listening to Taylor and reading his facebook, he seemed pretty amazing. I just saw his named listed in the Eagle for the Honor Roll. I pray that God will give his family strength through this terrible time.
