Harry Stevens Obituary



On November 13, 2013 Harry S. Stevens, M.D.; beloved husband of 47 years marriage to Katie Stevens; loving brother of Sandra Gale Stevens and uncle of Jillian Meyer. Dr. Stevens served in the U.S. Army as 1st LT Infantry, he served a year in Vietnam, after the Army he then received his M.D. from University of Maryland Medical School, he served his internship and residency at the school as well, and 1981 he started a Urology Practice.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at the St. Andrews Christian Community Church 5802 Roland Ave. Baltimore, MD on Saturday, December 7 at 11am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the BSO Development Office 1212 Cathedral St. Baltimore, MD 21201. Arrangements by Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.

I cannot begin to tell you how saddened I am over the death of my friend and colleague....Harry was a true gentleman and a scholar....he truly loved his patients and his profession...he will be sadly missed...my condolences to his family...rest in peace my friend...

Although Harry & I did not spend a great deal of time together, as classmates going through the "med school experience" we shared a common bond in suffering. He was truly a good guy who will be missed by one and all.
