Henry Stielper

On September 23, 2025, Henry John Stielper peacefully passed away at the age of 91. He was the beloved husband of Margaret Stielper (nee Caballero), devoted father of Norma Stielper Secoura, son-in-law Ralph A. Secoura, and daughter Susan Stielper Barham. Brother of the late John William Stielper and the late George John Stielper. Son of the late John Louis Stielper and the late Mary Theresa (Napierski) Stielper. Loving grandfather of Sarah Cook, Justin Grigg, Charlene Neighbors, Rebecca Barham, Grace Meadows, and Jennifer Barham. Great-grandfather of Maya, Emily, Jack, Lorelei, and Hannah.

Henry was born at home in Gambrills, Maryland and grew up in Brooklyn, Maryland. He attended St Rose School and Calvert Hall High School on Cathedral Street. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University, after serving in the United States Army. Henry and Margaret met at Ft Bliss in El Paso, Texas. He worked as a draftsman and mechanical engineer. First with Bendix. Then retiring after 34 years of service from Black & Decker. He loved to work around the house and yard, building shelves, patios, terraces and walkways with broken concrete sidewalk and castle blocks.

Relatives and friends can gather at Peaceful Alternatives Funeral Home, 2325 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 6-8 PM. On Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Stella Maris Chapel (1st floor, main building), 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd, a final viewing will be held from 10:30 to 11AM with a Catholic mass to follow at 11 AM.
