Herbert Cicero Pennington

Herbert Cicero Pennington age 97 of Bel Air, MD passed away on June 23, 2018. He was the son of Charles Bradley Pennington and Emily Littlewood Pennington and the husband of the late June Eades Pennington. Herb was a 1938 graduate of Bel Air High School. He served in the Army Air Corp during World War II as a B-17 mechanic. He was the owner of Prospect Mill. Surf fishing was one of his favorite past times. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family. Herb is survived by his son, Russell Lee Pennington and daughter-in-law Carol Thompson Pennington; daughters, Linda Adams and son-in-law, Kenneth Adams, Patricia Gentry and Diane Matrangola; grandsons, Michael Lee Gentry, Geoffrey Leo Matrangola, Neal Duane Gentry and granddaughter, Jill Suzanne Counts; and nine great grandchildren.
