On August 14, 2014, Herbert M. Segal, beloved husband of Sara Segal (nee Starobin); devoted father of Alan (Deborah) Segal, Richard (Robin) Segal, Kenneth (Kathy) Segal and Karyn (Jay) Robinson; dear brother of the late Joseph and Paul Segal; loving grandfather of Jordan (Serena) Segal, Joel, Eric, Adam, Rachel and Micah Segal, Danica and Ben Robinson; loving great grandfather of Imogen Segal. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Friday, August 22, at 9 am. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery - Garrison Forest Road. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. In mourning at 8580 Trail View Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
