Ivan JARAMILLO Obituary
On May 1, 2014, Ivan A. Jaramillo of Lutherville passed away after an extended illness. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Jaramillo (nee Ostrowski) for 52 years; devoted father to the late Karen Marie Jaramillo; and survived by daughters, Maria-Elena Grove and husband Christopher, Monica Freese and husband David, Kristina Kerns and husband Dennis. He was the loving grandfather to Spencer, Adam, Brianna, Zachary, Mia, Ava and Ian. He is also survived by a brother and three sisters in his native Ecuador, South America and many nieces and nephews and other family members. Family and friends may visit on Monday, May 5 from 1-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the family owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Rd., Timonium, MD 21093. Rev. Steven P. Roth will celebrate a mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Towson, MD. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Timonium, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cockeysville Lions Club, the Knights of Columbus Father O'Neil Council-Lutherville or Stella Maris Hospice Care. Ever since, our class TCHS'60 was informed of Ivan's serious illness, the Jaramillo family has been in in my daily prayer. He has entered eternal life so I pray that the family can be at peace and relish the memories of Ivan.
