I only knew Mr. Aquilla for a short time, but he always treated me as if I was part of the family.
I will remember Mr. Aquilla for his pasta dinners, home made bread and biscotti. Shannon always reminded me not to eat too much on the first helping because he wouldn't like it if I didn't have seconds. So I ate three plates of food just to be safe.
My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Mr. Aquilla.

Our deepest sympathy is sent to the entire family of James Aquilla (aka - POP).
It amazes JR & I how so many paths crossed within this family and ours to come full circle creating an arm-full of friends, who are considered as dear as family.
From my friendship with Lisa (and Clint, Mom, Dad and brother) to JR's high school days with Dan (and Dave) and now working with Cathy...it's all so amazing.
With this mind, it affects our family to know how deeply your family is mourning. Please accept our sincerest condolescences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, always, but especially in this time of bereavement.
We are sure that Pop is happy in heaven with Gran. Hopefully that thought will comfort you.
We will be sending a donation in Pop's memory to the American Heart Association.
May God Bless and Comfort you, now and always!
