James LOGIE Obituary

James "Jim" Archbald Logie, Jr. of Broadmead passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born April 30, 1932 in New Jersey, the son of James and Dorothy Logie.

Jim was a life long lover of tennis, the outdoors, reading and movie watching. He had a kind, outgoing and positive personality, and he always enjoyed meeting new people. Before his long sales and business career in Virginia and Massachusetts he was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and flew T-34's and B-25's as well as being a flight instructor. After retiring he enjoyed traveling out west to the National Parks, the A Bar A ranch and spending time with his ever growing family which was most important to him.

Survivors include his daughter Beth Logie McCrickard and her husband Greg and his son James Allan Logie and his wife Dene'. He leaves behind a legacy of 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Online condolences may be sent to the family through www.peacefulalternatives.com.

You will be missed. Enjoyed talking with you in passing while walking my dog Kota and at Happy Hour.. I also loved tennis My nephew, Alec has a MitsubishI plane that he flies.
