Jean Onteri Obituary
On July 6, 2016 Jean Onteri (nee Creswell) the beloved wife of the late Salvatore "Sam" Onteri; loving stepmother of Celestse Eber of Merced, CA and Step grandmother to Lance and Derek Eber and step great grandmother to Nick, Josh, Christian, Alexandria, and Noelle Eber and sister of Linda and Mason Tormollan, the late Evelyn and Raymond Franckewitz, Sr. and brother of the late Bruce and Lorraine Creswell. Also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews Steve Tormollan and Samantha Lester and their daughter Shelby Grace Tormollan, Raymond and MaryAnn Franckewitz, Jr., Bruce Creswell, Jr., Ona and Russell Corkrin, Jean and Bob Boyer, Karen and Ken Pappas, Diane Milburn and Sandra Hartsock and many great nieces and nephews; Raymond Franckewitz, III and Emma Franckewitz, Rebecca, Ryan, Avery and Benji Moore, Lt., Connor Corkrin, Owen Corkrin, Bobby Boyer and Tabitha Shroves, Travis Pappas and Samantha Pappas. In lieu flowers contributions may be made in Jean's memory to the Arbutus United Methodist Church, Arbutus, MD. Family members and friends will honor Jean's life with a public memorial service at Arbutus United Methodist Church, 1201 Maple Ave. Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Tuesday 7/12/16 beginning at 10am. God looked around his garden and He found an empty place He than looked down upon earth and saw her tired face He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best He knew that she was suffering He knew that she was in pain He knew that she would never Get well on earth again He saw the road was getting rough and the hills are hard to climb So he closed her weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine" It broke our hearts to lose her But she didn't go alone For part of us went with her the day God called her home. May god's peace strengthen the family of Jean during this difficult time.
