On December 20, 2013, Joan A. Roussell, beloved wife of Roger, Sr., mother of Roger, Jr., Cynthia A. Meek, Craig A. Roussell, Joan A. Rousell and the late Kevin, Sr.; grandmother of Carrie Lynn, Shane, Melissa, Nicole, Jessica, Candice, William, Santana, Kevin, Jr., Ryan, Bethany and Zachary; great grandmother of 18 and several nieces and nephews and cousins. Mrs. Roussell rests at family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD. Friends are invited to call, today, Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 from 1-2pm. A memorial service will follow at 2pm.

Joan, we will miss you. it isn't often that someone comes into your life and brightens it up to such an extreme that you find hope and inspiration. you brought joy to our lives at a time when it was needed. Tracy and I will miss you. the park won't be the same.
