On Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 of St. Michaels, John E. Gadsby, formerly of Baltimore County, Devoted husband of Carol L. Gadsby (nee Payne), beloved father of David Gadsby ( Joanna), Eric Gadsby (Sarah Kiley) all of Baltimore, and Megan G. Griffin( John) Ashville, N.C. Grandfather to Rhys and Drew Gadsby. Celebration of life, Saturday Nov. 16th from 10:30 A.M. to 1:00P.M at the Miles River Yacht Club, St. Michaels, MD. 21663, casual attire please.
In light of John's dedication to the Chesapeake Bay and education, the family requests donations in his memory to the Schooner Sultana Project, P.O. Box 524, 105 S. Cross St. Chestertown, MD 21620, or to the Living Classrooms Foundation, 802 S. Caroline St., Baltimore, MD 21231 Att: Quantana Richardson, Donations.

Carol and family, Susan and I are so sorry to learn of John's passing. It had been such a pleasure to visit you two when you hosted Caroline's wedding not o long ago. It has been a very difficult 14 months or so with Tom's loss and now John. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
