Tom Brokaw referred to Jack's generation as The Greatest Generation and he will be missed by all of those who knew him best. May he rest in peace and may his family find solace in their memories of him. Goodnight Jack until we meet again.

Aunt June, Kitty, Loreen, Diane, Bobby, Jimmy and everyone who loves them or Uncle Jack,

My heart is heavy realizing I will never hear my uncle's gravely voice say, "Hey Babe, how have you been?" when we get together as a family and then get one of his bear hugs.

I am so glad that you were all there together to support each other and tell your Daddy and husband good-bye for now. We know the recent pain of such a good-bye. In fact, Daddy was just talking to a picture of my mom wondering out loud if she and Uncle Jack had already met in heaven.

We love you and are praying for you all. We shall see you tomorrow.

Love,
Lynn Carole for all us Hannah's in Romney

Ms. June and family,
Words never come easy during times like this. Our families have know each other for so long it seems like we are one. I will always smile when I hear someone say " you son of a.......". He would never finish it. But always loved when he called me that.
Please know that you are all in our prayers during this difficult time.
Love, the entire Stricklin clan.
