Joseph A. Pavlik Sr.

On Friday, May 16, 2014, Joseph A. Pavlik, Sr., age 89 of Fallston, Formerly of Dundalk. Mr. Pavlik served in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Pacific Theater. Later, he went on to serve as an Auxiliary Police officer in the Dundalk Unit. Joe also retired from Bethlehem Steel. He was the beloved husband of the late Dianne Pavlik, and the late Gladys Pavlik; devoted father of Joyce Ann Fort and husband Dan, and the late Joseph Pavlik, Jr.; caring step-father of Vincent Myers and wife Leslie, and Brian Myers and wife Mary Jo; cherished grandfather of Theresa Waskiewicz and husband Greg, Kathleen Mauck, Adam Myers and wife Marta, Sean Myers, Joshua Myers, and Jamie Myers; loving great-grandfather of Ryan, Rachel, Caroline, Domonick, William, and August; and beloved brother of John Pavlik, Helen Rogowski, and the late Ann May, Mary Sachsburg, Steve Pavlik, and Alexander Pavlik. Family and friends will honor Joe's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services - Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rts 23 & 24 - Forest Hill) from 3-5 & 7-9 on both Wednesday the 21st, and Thursday the 22nd. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday the 23rd at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 812 Reckord Rd., Fallston, MD 21047, beginning at 10:00am.
