Family will receive friends at the family owned WYLIE FUNERAL HOMES P.A. OF BALTIMORE COUNTY, 9200 Liberty Road on Wednesday from 5-8pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at Union Baptist Church, 1219 Druid Hill Avenue, 10:30 am wake 11 am funeral. Interment at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at 1:45pm. Sorry for your loss. Joseph was my mother's cousin. I remember seeing him at our family reunions at GunPowder State Park he always had a beautiful smile and wonderful spirit. May he rest in perfect peace with God. Bonnie Hodge
