I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Joe Weinstock back in the 1970s, when I worked at the Village of Cross Keys. He was kind, generous, and had a wonderful way of including us younger folks in his passions. Thanks to him, I became a certified scuba diver and even joined his family on a trip to the Virgin Islands-a memory I treasure to this day. I´ll always be grateful for his warmth, his enthusiasm, and the adventures he made possible. My thoughts are with his family. He made a lasting impact.
