Randy, I am so sorry to hear about Kathy. I just heard this evening after the Raven's game. I can't believe it! Larry and I are absolutely sick over it! I so loved to read her Christmas letters and was so saddened to hear of Jen's ordeal even though everything turned out well for her. Just know that your family is in our prayers and that Kathy will always be in our heart as well. My sister Tina says the same. As you know, we all lived together for almost 2 years. We all saw each other through a lot back then.

I was horrified and really caught off guard when I heard the news about Kathy. She was a customer of mine at Klein's in the pharmacy when I worked there. I moved to VA 3 yrs ago but when I worked for Klein's she would come in and we'd chat forever about everything. I just saw her and Jenn not too long ago in the store when I was up for a visit. I am still in shock. She was such a loving, bubbly, energetic person and full of life. I will miss her and the yearly Christmas card with the message of what happened in your family over the year. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during this difficult time.

I think of just how much nicer Kathy made the little part of the world she lived in. A geniune loss for anyone who knew her and for those that loved her. My heart aches as I think of no longer being able to have her in my life. One friend does not replace another and so my heart is broken for your family as well as myself.
I am putting together a memory box for myself with photo's , e-mails and remembrances of my friendship with Kathy over the past 25 years. I would love to have a small remembrance of Kathy's to place in my memory box. Perhaps a book mark, nicknack, some type of small keep sake of something she treasured. I am sure you can find my address in Kathy's address book. This would be much appreciated and treasured. I think of my dear friend each day and will continue to keep her memory a live in my life. I will keep your family in thought and prayer.
Though I did not know a single soul at the funeral service, I was so happy to see a photo of Kathy and myself posted on photo board. Someone must have known how special our friendship was!

A kind smile,
A warm heart
You knew she was loving,
from the very start.
A tender soul and
A soft touch,
We all loved Aunt Kathy very much.
A loud voice,
A happy face,
A peppy mood,
An energetic pace.
A heart of gold,
She loved her pets.
We're going to miss you but we won't forget
Your fun-loving spirit and
Your playful ways,
You may be gone
But your memory stays.
Bringing laughter, tears of joy and sorrow
You're remembered today
And forever tomorrow.
We Love You

Those we Love remain with us,
for Love itself lives on.
Cherished memories never fade,
because one loved is gone.
Those we Love can never be,
more than a thought apart,
for as long as there's a memory,
they live on in our hearts.
Kathy will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Our sincerest sympathy to you,

While I only met Kathy a few times while I was waiting for my boyfried, Robert Schettini, to get a haircut at Tom's (he is a customer for 25 years), I am better for having had the pleasure of meeting Kathy. My thoughts and prayers to her family, and to her beloved pets who will mourn her loss. I am sure her family will care for them well (and together) in her memory.

For all of the family - Words cannot express my sorrow at your loss. We didn't get to see other very often but the highlight of the times when we did, even though they were usually times like this, was seeing Kathy. Kathy was always so full of life, bubbly and fun to be with. No topic of conversation was ever safe with Kathy, she always found the light side of everything. You will be missed! But more importantly you will be remembered in the best of ways!
