I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Ken. He was a remarkable individual and an exceptional trust and estate attorney who always approached his work with unparalleled dedication and compassion. It was truly a pleasure to work with him, and his human touch and professionalism left a lasting impression on all of us.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. My thoughts are with you and Ken's family. May you find comfort in the memories of his kind spirit and the positive impact he made on so many lives.
With deepest sympathy,

My wife and I are shocked at learning of Ken's passing. He was one of my former law clerks following graduation from law school. One of my best. During his clerkship, Ken never seemed to carry cash, relying instead on his trusty Mastercard. We referred to its frequent use as a "Mastercard moment." He imagined his dream job as becoming a guru who sat on a mountain top with people coming from far and wide to ask his advice. He succeeded. He will be missed sorely.
