My wife and I are shocked at learning of Ken's passing. He was one of my former law clerks following graduation from law school. One of my best. During his clerkship, Ken never seemed to carry cash, relying instead on his trusty Mastercard. We referred to its frequent use as a "Mastercard moment." He imagined his dream job as becoming a guru who sat on a mountain top with people coming from far and wide to ask his advice. He succeeded. He will be missed sorely.
