Kenneth Ray Dalton, 75, of Forest Hill, passed at Upper Chesapeake Medical Ctr. on Nov. 4, 2022. Survived by his wife Rose Dalton, Daughter, Malinda F. Lally (Patrick) of Perryville, Md and Son, Kenneth D. Dalton of Port Deposit, Md., 4 Grandchildren & 3 Great Grandchildren. Predeceased by Son, Christopher, Parents, James & Theeodoshie Dalton, Sister, Brenda Mullikin. Services to be held at Mt. Tabor Church on Rt. 1, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
