Dear Frock Family,

I remember getting to know Kenny during his days with the Westminster Little League where Kim served as THE score keeper of record. I always respected his love for the game.

I enjoyed my time with Kenny and often smiled reading his occasional letters to the editor of the Carroll County Times - you never had to guess what he was thinking - up front - he certainly was...

Please accept my sympathy.

To Kenny's Family, I went to WHS and played football w/Kenny under Herb Ruby. I lived in Westminster recently (9/98-9/06) and enjoyed going to the Senior Center and shooting pool w/Kenny and others. I remember Kenny having a good sense of humor. He will be missed. RIP. PEACE, Terry Gehr Cody

Dear Faye and Family,
I'm very sorry to hear of the loss of Kenny. My goodness, it seems that he certainly lived a very full life as long as he could I know it has been quite an ordeal for you in recent weeks but we have to believe that he is in a better place now and with pain no more. Acceptance takes a very, very long time. Lean on the love and support of your family and many friends to help you through these, your darkest hours.
We will get together when you are ready.
All My Love to all,

Classmate,

Faye - John & I want to extend our deepest sympathies to you and the family in your loss.

I'll always remember the good times Kenny & I had growing up. He always kidded me by saying "We may not be the best, but there ain't anyone better."

My prayers are with you. Sorry I can't be there to share in your grief.
