Margaret Wilhelm Obituary

WILHELM , Margaret Alexandra Case MRS. "Margaret" Alexandra Case Wilhelm, 62 of Salisbury, N.C. died October 4, 2006 at her residence. Mrs. Wilhelm was born in Camden, N.J. December 26, 1943, daughter of the late William Lyon Case and Doris Clift Case. She was a graduate of Central Bucks High School in PA, and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and was an accountant. Mrs. Wilhelm was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, past president of the ELCA of Immanuel Lutheran Church, member of the Jane Boger & Esther Brown Circle, Secretary of the Sunday School Classes, and held other various Positions within the church. Along with her husband, they established the Immanuel Lutheran Church Scholarship Fund. She was President of the Rockwell Civitan Club, and Vice President of the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for East Rowan. Survivors are her husband, Albert Wilhelm, whom she married May 9, 1986, two daughters, Miriam Mathieson and husband James of Cornish, Maine, and Jennifer Lutz of Vienna, Virginia, Two sisters, Rosalind Avrett of N.Y, N.Y. and Paula Lewis of Rockwell, N.C. Two grandchildren, Lieb and Maxwell Mathieson of Cornish, Maine. She is preceded in death by two brothers, William Lyon Case, David Andrew Case, and a sister, Suzanne Case.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 14, 2006 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Bruce Sheeks, Pastor, with burial in the Church Cemetery, In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Scholarship Fund: 2070 Emmanuel Ch. Rd.
