KACHER, Mildred L. On April 12, 2006, MILDRED L. (nee Ludloff) P.M. of Temple Square #88 O.E.S.; beloved wife of the late Fredrick W. Kacher, Jr.; devoted mother of Charleen A. Hecker, Fredrick W., III and Wayne I. Kacher; loving sister of Carlyn Stinchcomb and Irvin C. Ludloff; dear grandmother of Chardon Lynn, Diana, Fred, Glen, Daniel, Laura, Wayne and Michael. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may gather at MILLER-DIPPEL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 6415 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21206 on Monday only, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, at 10am. Interments Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Contributions may be made in the name of Mildred to: The Cathedral Church of St. Matthew's United Church of Christ, 3400 Norman Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21213.
