I had a first grade
teacher named Mrs. Waller ( I think her first name was Nancy.)
I attended Camp Springs Elementary School in MD.
My condolences to the Waller family.
(Not sure if this was my teacher back in the early 50's)
Nancy and her sister share a smile.

To my dear cousins, I wanted to share some memories of Nancy. I always enjoyed spending time with the Waller family. Aunt Nancy had a great sense of humor and would tell funny stories with sound effects. She always had something interesting to say. She and Alan had a wonderful relationship. She was also such a devoted daughter, sister, wife and mother. I wanted to share my heartfelt sympathy with my cousins and tell them I picture her reunited with her parents, brother, husband and beloved kitties.
With sincere well wishes, Linda

Waller Family-
I am sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I have extremely fond memories of your family and enjoyed every minute I was able to spend with you at your grandparents house in Thurmont. May you find peace in the memory of all of the wonderful moments you shared with your lovely parents and family. I am truly blessed to have known all of your family. Lori

Anne - I am so saddened to hear of your mom’s death. I have great memories of spending time at your house as a teenager. Both of your parents were so nice, particularly your mom. I know these are difficult times for so many reasons. I lost my mom in August so, unfortunately, can relate all too well. Peace be with you and your family, Kathy

Nancy was my daughter's Kindergarten teacher at Oakleigh Elementary School back in 1983. Nancy always had a big smile for the students and spoke in a calm voice. It was such a wonderful first school experience for my daughter! When I told her this morning, my daughter remembered her fondly! Based on how Nancy was as a teacher, I would believe she was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. I'm sorry for your loss!

To my dear cousins...please know I am thinking of you at this time of loss. Also know I am thinking of my Aunt Nancy.... I’m envisioning her at her new “country club in the sky”, sitting with Alan, her brother Jim, and hopefully many others, and telling the waiter she’ll have a small glass of Merlot.... “just for medicinal purposes”... I always got a kick out of her saying that Love to you all - Jennifer
